At present, Rayner Ranch Golf Club (RRGC) gathers Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from visitors to its web site in two ways; via e-mail and via our on-line tee time reservation system. Your PII is information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate you.

If you choose to e-mail us directly via one of the links provided on the site, and provide PII about yourself, RRGC will not use that information for any other purpose than to respond to your inquiry. Once we have responded, that PII will not be retained.

Spectrum Golf, Inc. (Spectrum) supplies the on-line tee time reservation system called GolfSwitch, collects your PII, and uses it for our on-line tee time reservations system. That information is used by Spectrum to process the tee time reservation transaction only. Simultaneously, Spectrum forwards your PII to RRGC electronically and our tee time reservations software automatically completes your tee time reservation on our pro shop computer. RRGC will also store that information in our pro shop computer for use in guaranteeing your tee time. (see the description of this process, and how your credit card information is used, at the "fee policy" link on the tee-time reservation screen). PII included in the on-line tee time reservation process includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.

RRGC may also use your contact information from time to time to inform you about club events, sales, or other promotions we think you might be interested in as a customer of the RRGC. At any time you wish to not to be informed, you may reply to us at the time we contact you, and we will cease sending you information.

RRGC does not sell, share or trade our customers' information with any other companies or individuals, other than that which is collected/shared by Spectrum for the purposes of securing your tee time.
